Eagleville Hospital Board of Directors Announces Gene Ott as the new CEO, Maureen Pollock plans for retirement on July 1, 2019

Effective Monday April 15, 2019, the Board of Directors, with Maureen Pollock, welcomes Eugene Ott to the position of CEO for Eagleville Hospital and Eagleville Foundation.

Completing this transition, Maureen will focus her attention over the next three months to transferring duties to Gene, before formally retiring on July 1, 2019. At that time, she will remain with Eagleville in an advisory capacity.

Maureen has been with Eagleville for the last twelve years. During her tenure, the Hospital experienced significant growth in co-occurring treatment services and new program development with the financial support of county and state government. This resulted in consistent financial performance that now carries Eagleville forward with opportunities for future growth.

The Board of Directors thanks Maureen for her vision and commitment to serving the needs of our patient population and ensuring Eagleville’s mission continues.

Gene Ott joined the Hospital in September, 2016 as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he has been instrumental in leading the organization through a change management process and advancing leadership, systems, and infrastructure. Prior to joining Eagleville, Gene spent over 25 years in the Temple Health System in various leadership capacities overseeing finance, patient care, and operations. He holds an accounting degree from Temple University and a Masters in Health Administration from St. Joseph’s University.
