Eugene J. Ott, Jr. – Chief Executive Officer
Gene has a demonstrated record of success as an effective senior executive leader with over 25 years of progressive healthcare experience in the areas of finance and operations. His previous experience includes roles as Associate Hospital Director / Vice President of Operations at several East Coast hospitals. Gene earned his Master in Health Administration from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Pennsylvania. Professional affiliations include: American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), and the Pennsylvania Association of Non-Profit Homes for the Aging.
Alfred Salvitti, CPA – Chief Financial Officer
Al brings over twenty-five years’ healthcare finance experience to Eagleville Hospital. He served as CFO for several hospital and healthcare service organizations including one of the country’s largest private psychiatric hospitals–Hospital Group of America; and Alignis, a provider of chiropractic managed care services; and Future Health, a provider of managed care, disease management and wellness services. Al has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Drexel University, and is a CPA in Pennsylvania.
Cathy Bolton – Chief Quality and Clinical Integration Officer
As Eagleville Hospital’s Chief Quality and Clinical Integration Officer, Cathy Bolton oversees staff performance enhancement that crosses every discipline within the hospital. The crux of her work involves collaborating with the hospital’s counselors, nurses, physicians, and leaders to develop and implement improvement initiatives. Bolton began her career as an analyst in her home state of Alabama. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computer science from Samford University. Armed with a PhD in clinical psychology from Drexel University, she taught data analysis and statistics in Drexel’s department of psychology. Bolton most recently served as Director of Quality and Director of Analytics, Research, and Evaluation for Community Behavioral Health, a nonprofit contracted by the City of Philadelphia to provide mental health and substance abuse services for the city’s 450,000-plus Medicaid recipients. She helped develop over 60 performance measures across 16 levels of care over her nine-year tenure. She has also served as Director of Performance Improvement for Friends Hospital, and Director of Quality Improvement for Penn-Friends Behavioral Health Services.
Wendy Maneval – Chief Legal and Privacy Officer
Over the past several decades, Wendy has been on forefront of developments in health law, health policy and institutional advancement. She has extensive experience representing diverse health care organizations on legal, regulatory, compliance and business matters, and assisting with strategic planning. Prior to joining Eagleville, she served as Senior Counsel and Privacy Officer at the Christiana Care Health System in Delaware, as in-house counsel at the Devereux Foundation, and as Partner and Of-Counsel for the Philadelphia-based law firm Post & Schell, P.C. Among her many publications and presentations, she was primary author of a two-volume treatise, Health Law and Litigation in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She received her J.D. degree from Temple University School of Law, and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
Elizabeth Pitts-Perrong – Vice President of Human Resources
Liz has over 25 years of progressive Human Resources Leadership in both the healthcare and manufacturing industries. Her previous experience includes roles as Vice President of Human Resources for Hazleton General Hospital and Sr. Vice President of Human Resources for Specialty Health LLC with oversight for hospitals in 3 states. She also held various Leadership roles in Human Resources for publicly held manufacturing companies including most recently as Divisional Director of Human Resources with responsibility for 14 locations across 6 states. She has a Master in Human Resources from Leicester University in Leicester, England and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications with a minor in Personnel from Bloomsburg University. She holds dual certifications in Human Resources with both an SPHR and SHRM-SPC. Professional affiliations include: Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM); American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Association (ASHHRA) and American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE)
Susan A. Fink, MA – Director of Development for Eagleville Foundation
For 20-years, Susan has served in Senior Leadership roles for multiple missions (Philabundance, Soroptimist Int’l, American Refugee Committee, Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation) advocating for and empowering under-represented women, the homeless, hungry, and unemployed, hospital patients, and large global populations displaced due to conflict and natural disaster. She has trained global board of directors and staff in fundraising, branding and communications. Susan has a background in mental health providing residential treatment and running a sub-acute psychiatric unit for adolescents. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Shippensburg University in industrial and organizational psychology and a Master of Arts degree from Webster University in clinical counseling psychology. She studied international business at Schiller International University in Heidelberg, Germany, and The George Washington University. She has served on the boards of The Association of Fundraising Professionals as VP of Communications; and has served locally on the board of the Women’s Resource Center in Wayne, Pa. She is currently involved with Vision 2020 at Drexel University through their Institute for Women’s Health and Leadership.
Lisa M. Heidrick – Director of Operations for Support Services
Prior to joining Eagleville Hospital, Lisa worked for Temple University Hospital and brings over 25 years of experience in Operations. Her roles have included Director of Environmental Services and Director of Linen Services. Lisa spent the last seven years at Temple Hospital as the Space and Asset Manager which included the day to day operations of Space Management and Assets of a 1.2 million sq. ft. campus.
Richard Mitchell – Chief Information and Security Officer, Director of Information Technology
Rich directs an excellent team that is responsible for all of our technology needs. Rich brings over twenty-five years’ experience in the Financial and Healthcare Services industries. Prior to joining Eagleville Hospital he served as Manager of Technology Services in the data center at Catholic Health Initiatives in Exton, PA. Rich has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Pennsylvania State University.
Judy Seyedroudbari – Director of Pharmacy
Judy arrived at Eagleville Hospital in 2013, and brings over fifteen years’ experience to our operations. Her tenure list includes Wesley Rehab Hospital, Select Specialty Hospital, Blue Mountain Hospital, as well as various consulting positions. Judy graduated from Creighton Pharmacy School in 1998.
