Executive Team
Eugene J. Ott, Jr. – Chief Executive Officer
Gene has a demonstrated record of success as an effective senior executive leader with over 25 years of progressive healthcare experience in the areas of finance and operations. His previous experience includes roles as Associate Hospital Director / Vice President of Operations at several East Coast hospitals. Gene earned his Master in Health Administration from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Pennsylvania. Professional affiliations include: American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), and the Pennsylvania Association of Non-Profit Homes for the Aging.
William Keenan – Chief Financial Officer
William brings to Eagleville more than 25 years of experience in all areas of financial management and compliance—especially Sarbanes-Oxley—and a proven track record with organizations ranging from start-up to $2 billion in revenue. Most recently, he served as the Owner and Principal of William R. Keenan, CPA Consulting, a firm that provided interim, part-time CFO and controller services to hospitals and healthcare organizations. Prior to this he was Senior Vice President-Finance (Divisional CFO) for PHH Arval in Sparks, Md., a provider of fleet management services.
William holds a master’s in management from Penn State University and a bachelor’s in business administration from Widener University where he graduated cum laude. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Healthcare Financial Management Association, and the Financial Executives Networking Group. William resides in West Chester with his wife Mary Ann and enjoys being an active member of the West Goshen Township community.
Wendy Maneval – Chief Legal and Privacy Officer
Over the past several decades, Wendy has been on forefront of developments in health law, health policy and institutional advancement. She has extensive experience representing diverse health care organizations on legal, regulatory, compliance and business matters, and assisting with strategic planning. Prior to joining Eagleville, she served as Senior Counsel and Privacy Officer at the Christiana Care Health System in Delaware, as in-house counsel at the Devereux Foundation, and as Partner and Of-Counsel for the Philadelphia-based law firm Post & Schell, P.C. Among her many publications and presentations, she was primary author of a two-volume treatise, Health Law and Litigation in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She received her J.D. degree from Temple University School of Law, and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
Mary Ellen McLaughlin, Corporate Compliance Officer
Mary Ellen brings deep experience in healthcare compliance to her role at Eagleville Hospital. She comes to Eagleville from Revint Solutions/IMA Consulting, in Chadds Ford, PA, where she was employed for 12 years.
Most recently, she served as the firm’s Senior Organizational Coding and Compliance Officer, directing corporate compliance and ethics programs for the many healthcare organizations with whom Revint partners. Previously, Mary Ellen served as the Interim Compliance Leader and Advocate for two of Revint’s local health system clients.
She earned a Master’s degree in Public Health (with certification in Gerontology) from West Chester University and a Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences from Penn State University. She holds a Certification in Healthcare Compliance, a Paralegal Certification, and she’s a Certified Professional Coder. Additionally, Mary Ellen is a member of the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) and the American Academy of Professional Coders. She has also had articles published in
HCCA Compliance Today.

Lisa M. Heidrick – Director of Operations for Support Services
Prior to joining Eagleville Hospital, Lisa worked for Temple University Hospital and brings over 25 years of experience in Operations. Her roles have included Director of Environmental Services and Director of Linen Services. Lisa spent the last seven years at Temple Hospital as the Space and Asset Manager which included the day to day operations of Space Management and Assets of a 1.2 million square foot campus.
Richard Mitchell – Director of Information Technology and Security
Rich directs an excellent team that is responsible for all of our technology needs. Rich brings over twenty-five years’ experience in the Financial and Healthcare Services industries. Prior to joining Eagleville Hospital he served as Manager of Technology Services in the data center at Catholic Health Initiatives in Exton, PA. Rich has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Pennsylvania State University.
Judy Seyedroudbari – Director of Pharmacy
Judy arrived at Eagleville Hospital in 2013, and brings over fifteen years’ experience to our operations. Her tenure list includes Wesley Rehab Hospital, Select Specialty Hospital, Blue Mountain Hospital, as well as various consulting positions. Judy graduated from Creighton Pharmacy School in 1998.

Maureen Pollock – Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Pollock is the Chief Executive Officer of Eagleville Hospital. Before joining Eagleville Hospital as Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Pollock served as Director of Planning for Valley Forge Medical Center and Hospital, was a Planning Analyst and Consultant for Medicon, Inc., and a Board Member of the Child Guidance Clinic of Delaware County. She holds a Masters of Business Administration from Widener University.
Lois Chepak – Chief Clinical Officer
Lois joined Eagleville Hospital as Patient Services Officer, and has since advanced to Chief Clinical Officer. She is currently supervising the departments of Nursing and Clinical Services, the Older Adult Program, Intake and Assessment Center, and other clinical areas. Lois brings extensive experience in psychiatric hospital and nursing administration to the Eagleville team. She is a graduate of the Bryn Mawr Hospital School of Nursing, and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Eastern University.
William C. Folks – Director of Community Integration and Strategic Partnerships
Charlie has held many positions within Eagleville Hospital since his arrival in 1971. We think of Charlie as our voice within the community. He develops partnerships and oversees marketing and public relations. He also participates in several state and local provider associations, and has been an advisor of state and local government. In addition, Charlie is expert in the field of forensics related to substance use disorder issues. A licensed social worker, he holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Temple University.
Maryann Jordan RN BSN – Director of Quality Management
Prior to joining Eagleville Hospital, Maryann worked at Paoli Hospital in Psychiatric Nursing for many years before working in Outpatient Behavioral Health. She was the Director of Managed Care for Devereux’s Community Services, Director of Outpatient Services at Fellowship Health Services, and Administrator for Penn Psychiatric Services. Maryann is responsible for the development, coordination and management of hospital-wide performance improvement, and patient safety programs. In addition she coordinates procedures for hospital accreditation, certification and licensure. Her team uses metrics to improve performance and outcomes. Maryann received her Bachelor Of Science Degree in Nursing from Villanova University.
Chelsea Lenz – Director of Admissions
Chelsea began her Eagleville career in 2004””as a volunteer. While in college she participated in two internships in Adjunctive Therapy and Counseling at Eagleville, and then upon graduating she joined the Admissions Department. After gaining ten years’ experience in Admissions, she became Director of Admissions in 2016. Chelsea is also a Certified Allied Addiction Practitioner. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Art in Psychology and Organizational Leadership at Penn State University, as well as a Master of Health Administration from Saint Joseph’s University.

Richard Reed – Compliance Officer
Prior to joining Eagleville Hospital in 2015, Richard held C-level and other senior positions in the fields of Legal, Audit & Compliance, Risk Management and Privacy within organizations such as Diakon Lutheran Services, ImClone Systems, Laverty, Nilsen & Reed, Catholic Health, and the Office of Audit and Compliance at the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to pursuing a legal career Mr. Reed worked as a Registered Nurse, working primarily in Behavioral Health settings. Richard earned a Juris Doctor degree in 1993 from the Delaware Law School of Widener University. He is a 1989 graduate of Rutgers University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science.
Alfred Salvitti, CPA – Chief Financial Officer
Al brings over twenty-five years’ healthcare finance experience to Eagleville Hospital. He served as CFO for several hospital and healthcare service organizations including one of the country’s largest private psychiatric hospitals–Hospital Group of America; and Alignis, a provider of chiropractic managed care services; and Future Health, a provider of managed care, disease management and wellness services. Al has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Drexel University, and is a CPA in Pennsylvania.
ZoeAnn Yousaitis – Director of Human Resources
Zoe began her tenure at Eagleville Hospital as Assistant Director of Human Resources, before joining Phoenixville Hospital as Director of Human Resources. She returned to Eagleville in 2002, and has served in her current position ever since. Zoe has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from St. Joseph’s University.
Dr. Hani Zaki – Director of Psychiatry
Dr. Zaki came to Eagleville by way of Kirkbride Hospital in Philadelphia, where he served as Medical Director for the Dual Diagnosis Unit. He earned a Medical Degree from Cairo, Egypt and completed his psychiatric residency at the Medical College in Philadelphia. Dr. Zaki also completed an M.B.A/M.S. in Health Care Administration and Health Care Finance, and a Master’s of Human Resources Administration, from Temple University School of Business.
