The safety and satisfaction of our clients and their visitors is among Eagleville Hospital’s top concerns. To help ensure that these priorities are met, we are moving weekend visitation to the Conference Center/Patient Care Building (located next to the Loucheim Building). This new location offers many benefits over the previous location including:

• A modern, comfortable setting in which clients and their guests can meet
• Easier to reach (no longer will visitors have to go to two different buildings)
• Plentiful parking (including handicap accessible) that is close by
• Onsite security to ensure the safety of our clients and visitors
• Improved access to restrooms

In the near future, patient belonging drop-offs will also be moved to this same location. Please be on the look-out for more information on this subject.

Weekend visitation (Saturday or Sunday) takes place at Eagleville Hospital’s Conference Center/Patient Care Building from 1:30 – 3:30 p.m. A maximum of two adults and four children are allowed at one time and all adults over age 18 must present a valid ID. All visitors must be pre-approved by the treatment team and first-time adult visitors must attend a mandatory, one-time Family Seminar. Registration for the seminar begins at 11:30 a.m. in the Conference Center/Patient Care Building with the presentation starting at noon. Children under age 18 are not permitted to attend the seminar due to the material that is discussed. Please note that childcare is not offered during the seminar or visitation, so be sure to make alternate plans for children in advance.
